At Thiran, we are committed to providing high-quality industrial automation products, sensors, and relays. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the terms for returning products and requesting refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • You provide photo or video proof of the issue.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Returns must be requested within 7–14 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Items sold as customized or special-order solutions (unless defective).
3. How to Request a Return

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

4. Return Shipping
  • In case of a damaged or defective product, we will arrange for reverse pickup (where available).
  • If reverse pickup is not possible, you may be asked to send the product back and we’ll reimburse the return shipping (with valid proof).
  • For all other cases, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
  • In case of approved replacement, we will deliver the replacement product within 7-10 days.
5. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
  • If you prefer, we can offer store credit or a replacement product instead.
  • Your refund or store credit will be credited into the source account within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs for returning defective items are covered by Thiran; otherwise, shipping is at the customer’s expense.
6. Replacement Policy
  • If a product is defective or damaged, Thiran may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacements are shipped after inspection and confirmation.
7. Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
  • To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
